We are looking for a dedicated Business Applications Solution Specialist to design, build, test, and debug our enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio. Unlike many competitors who prefer generalists, we strongly believe in developing deep expertise. We are convinced that in this information age, where complexity continues to grow, an “all-rounder” approach simply no longer suffices.
That is why we are looking for someone eager to learn who wants to specialize in the Microsoft Business Applications Ecosystem, translating complex requirements into elegant, functional solutions. If you are instead looking for a broad, ‘all-rounder’ role, this position is likely not the best fit for you.

- Design, Develop, and Testing of Enterprise Solutions.
- Create reusable components, code, en libraries to support scalability and future functionalities.
- Translating business and technical requirements into correct, efficient solutions.
📝 Qualifications:

- You are available full-time (40 hours) (mandatory).
- You reside in the Caribbean (mandatory).
- You are fluent in Dutch (mandatory for Caribbean Dutch region).
- You are fluent in English (mandatory).
- You are dedicated to business applications development (mandatory) and are committed to excelling in this field.
- Experience with — or a willingness to learn — complementary technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS (required).
Candidates are assessed individually on the following three points:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or demonstrable professional proficiency at the higher vocational (College) level; or an Secondary diploma in ICT (Application Development).
- Do you have at least 3+ years of proven work experience in frontend development, IT development, or software engineering? Or have you recently graduated at the Secondary level? Then you are certainly welcome to apply as well.
- Familiar with Agile development principles
